It is very pretty here in the beer garden of the Brentano house. The wine also tasted good and the view of the Bismarck Tower on the other side of the Rhine was very nice. Highly recommended to relax. The food here is also very tasty!

Very tasty cuisine. The dishes are really delicious and fancy. The eye definitely eats here. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great!

It is a busy place in a historic building. The food was delicious and the service was good. The price-performance ratio is a bit higher. The menu was extensive. You could find something suitable for every taste. We will definitely be back.

For our annual "family goose eating tradition" between 11.11. and Christmas we chose the Brentano house in 2017. A star for the fact that it hasn't rained in the restaurant yet. Little joke, but the goose eating itself was a disaster. The goose was unfortunately not crunchy at all and exploded rather than professionally carved for 4 people. The red cabbage as a side dish was more reminiscent of red, unseasoned, somewhat too raw sauerkraut. The dumplings were not fluffy at all, but reminded of gnocchi that was a bit too compact. The separately served sauce was not bad, but could not really improve the overall impression. Too bad we will try a new restaurant next year.

Fine wine with delicious cuisine in a wonderful ambience! The tasteful decor and the wonderful outdoor area right next to the vineyards invite you to forget the time. With fairly calculated wen prices, it tastes even better.

"A beautiful garden awaits you with a great ambience" If you go through the garden, almost to the Rhine, you walk on Goethe's ways, who has spent a lot of time here. Although very busy, the waiters were very friendly and eager. We were a group of about ten people and from the extensive dining and wine list different food and wines were ordered. All plates and glasses were empty - is probably a good sign! The wines from the winery Allendorf can be highly recommended.

We ate here excellent, the wine of the family Allendorf is very good and on the terrace you sit in the middle of grape vines overlooking the Rhine. We are looking forward to the next time. We recommend!
